Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of our services

Animising provides professional architecture, design, planning and construction services. These are customised to each client and project. Refunds for professional services are considered on a case-by-case basis as set out below.

2. Consultations and design work

If you have paid for a consultation or design service and wish to cancel before the service has been substantially delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a partial refund or credit depending on the work already completed and our costs.

3. Construction and renovation projects

For construction and renovation projects, payment terms and any refund or cancellation rights will be set out in your project contract. Generally, amounts paid for work already completed are not refundable. Deposits may be refundable in part if the project is cancelled before work has commenced, subject to any agreed cancellation terms.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@animising.com or by phone on (02) 9195 6949. Please include your name, project reference (if any) and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where applicable, process any approved refund using the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again to discuss. We aim to resolve all requests fairly and in line with Australian consumer law where it applies.
